Lightning doesn’t strike twice?Same audience, new brand.

DocVA is a high-end digital brand providing medical virtual assistants. Coming into a young but competitive market, they needed a memorable brand identity to stand out, reflect their authority, and inspire confidence.

“Lightning doesn’t strike twice.” After successfully creating an impressive brand identity for their competitor, a company that he had also co-founded, we were tasked with designing a second impactful brand identity for DocVA in the same industry, catering to the same audience but with a fresh and distinctive look.

We designed a logo that merges creativity and symbolism. The rounded edges convey approachability and collaboration, while the corner edge cleverly shapes a ‘d’ and a speech bubble, emphasizing communication. Inside, two triangles form the letters ‘V’ and ‘A’ for “Virtual Assistant,” as well as a medical symbol, showcasing our expertise in healthcare support.

Our website soon caught the eye
of world famous brands

The impact of Covid on our industry brought many fresh competitors with flashy websites into the market. Despite having more experience, our outdated marketing collateral made it hard to compete. Charna’s vision for rebranding our business — not just redoing our website — set her apart from other vendors. And her designs gave us the exact look and feel we wanted to project ourselves as a premium service provider. Our new website soon caught the eye of several world-famous brands!
